What operators ask us before they switch.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Permitte runs in the browser, and the staff app will install from the App Store or Play Store. There is no server to buy and nothing to maintain on site.
How does the pricing work?
One flat monthly price for the room-count range your property sits in — everything from 21 to 50 rooms pays the same, so adding a room usually doesn't change the bill. No monthly minimum and no per-user charge. Modules like the booking engine and POS are bought on top of any plan, and above 200 rooms we work the price out with you. Paying annually gives you two months free.
What happens when the internet drops?
The staff app is built to keep working. Check-ins, housekeeping updates and POS orders save on the device and sync automatically once you're back online. It's included on every plan.
Can I move my existing data across?
Yes. Rooms, rates and guest profiles go in through the onboarding wizard. If you're coming from another system, talk to us before you switch and we'll help you move — there's no migration fee.
Does it handle more than one property?
Yes, on the Pro plan. One login covers your whole portfolio, with a roll-up view across properties and staff whose permissions travel with them.
Which currencies and payment methods do you support?
Currency, timezone and tax rules are configured per property. For your own subscription we take cards, and mobile money in the markets where that's how business actually gets paid.
What does support cost?
Nothing extra. Support is included on every plan, and Pro adds priority response.
